The Challenge

In real estate, speed is everything. A buyer who enquires about a property at 9pm and hears back at 10am has already contacted three other agencies. Agents who are in viewings, with clients, or simply off-duty cannot respond to every inbound enquiry in real time — and leads that do not get an instant response frequently go cold before a human ever picks up the phone.

At the same time, agencies manage portfolios of dozens or hundreds of listings. Matching the right properties to the right buyers requires time and context that agents simply do not have for every new enquiry in their inbox.

Our Approach

Neural AI built a Real Estate AI Agent on chatbot.mt, our proprietary conversational AI platform, deployed via WhatsApp — the channel that reaches buyers wherever they are, with no friction.

When a new enquiry comes in — from a website form, a property portal, or a direct message — the AI responds within 60 seconds, regardless of the time of day:

• Lead qualification — the AI understands what the buyer is looking for: property type, location, budget, timeline, and specific requirements, gathered through natural conversation rather than a rigid form
• Property matching — drawing on the agency’s full listing inventory via NeuroRAG, the AI surfaces the most relevant properties and sends details, images, and floor plans directly into the WhatsApp conversation
• Objection handling — buyers who say “too expensive” or “too far” are met with alternatives, keeping the conversation alive rather than letting it die on a single mismatch
• Viewing coordination — when a buyer expresses interest, the AI checks agent calendar availability and books a viewing, sending confirmation to both the buyer and the agent
• Re-engagement — leads that went quiet are automatically re-engaged when a relevant new listing comes to market, using personalised messages based on their previously stated criteria

The Technology

The agent is built on Neural AI’s chatbot.mt platform, handling WhatsApp channel management, conversation orchestration, and agent handoff logic. NeuroRAG powers property matching against the live listing database. NeuroAgentic coordinates multi-step workflows — qualifying a lead, matching properties, checking calendar availability, and booking the viewing as a single seamless interaction.

The system integrates with the agency’s CRM and property management tools, so every conversation is logged, every booking is visible to the team, and agents inherit warm, qualified leads rather than cold enquiries.

The Result
