Azure OpenAI Services Malta

We work with your Malta team to identify and prioritise AI use cases, assess feasibility and expected value, and design the Azure architecture appropriate for your requirements — including model selection, deployment configuration, storage design, and integration approach.

We provision the Azure OpenAI Service resource, configure network access controls, set up monitoring and cost alerting, and establish the Azure AI Search and Azure Storage resources required for document-based applications. Security configuration follows Microsoft's recommended baseline for enterprise deployments.

For knowledge-grounded applications, we build ingestion pipelines that process your Malta organisation's documents — chunking, embedding, and indexing content into Azure AI Search. Pipeline design addresses content freshness, incremental updates, and appropriate handling of different document formats and sources.

We develop the application layer — whether REST API, web application, or integration into existing Malta business systems. Development follows software engineering best practices including automated testing, CI/CD pipelines, and code review, producing maintainable production code rather than prototype scripts.

We build evaluation frameworks that test AI application responses against representative Malta business scenarios. Evaluation covers response accuracy, retrieval quality, latency, and cost. We run red-team exercises to identify failure modes and implement mitigations before production deployment.

We deploy to production with full observability — Application Insights dashboards covering response quality signals, token consumption, latency, and error rates.
